  My daughter has ADD and ADHD to the point where it is difficult for her to connect and make many friends at school. She is lucky enough to have a few good friends but still doesn't feel like she "fits in". My wife and I have tried to help her find an activity she can do outside of school, but she never really gravitated to anything. Last April that all changed and she told us she wanted to try martial arts. As a former martial artist, I was very happy to hear her say that as I know how beneficial it is to both mind and body. My daughter is typically not one to respond to discipline, however she has surprised us greatly by how she acts in Sabumnim Chuck's classes. She has truly benefited by the challenges, discipline and positive feedback while attending Spirit Warrior Martial Arts Academy. Sabumnim Chuck is very knowledgable and challenges his students to be their best every day, while instilling a sense of discipline, respect and pride. My daughter continues looking forward to going to class and is really enjoying it.
