  I was very nervous even talking about bankruptcy and not feeling too well about myself for even considering it--I walked out of my initial consultation feeling better about my situation than I had in months. Marty acted quickly to stop the garnishments and harassments, promptly followed through on everything he said he'd do (including taking my mess of paperwork and making it presentable to the court!) and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. He and his staff made what I thought would be a difficult and dubious process into a positive and optimistic one, and I'm extremely happy with the outcome: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others who could use a lawyer on their side!
