  Our insurance changed and we wanted to see if the new insurance would work. We had to call 4 times, explained the situation, were told they would check, and never got an answer. Then right before our appointment we get a call saying they don't take the insurance. We wasted weeks trying to find this out and thinking we had an appointment to go to. The woman said this is how the do it, they refused to check the insurance until the last second. Never had such a strange experience. Used to love this place but they ruined things.
