  Cara is the rather new manager at this Day's Inn. She seems to be working hard to improve things there. I'm really glad Cara is there, now.
  The previous time I was here, I was staying in a room at the north wing. The guest in front of me couldn't get in the back door. He said we were locked out & would run around to the front to let us in.
  When he came in the hotel, he was told by the front desk the battery that unlocks the door was on order, wouldn't arrive for a few days, to then be installed by an off-site maintenance person.
  Cara is going to arrange to order an extra battery for the back door to have on hand in case the battery unexpectedly dies! This is good news. Some higher up hotel should reward her for caring about their regular guests, like us!
