  Horrible customer service! I made sure to ask a representative about a specific harness I was ordering for both of my dogs. I asked about sizing, returns and exchanges before ever placing the order. I was assured it was a hassle free return process and could be exchanged out no problem just in case they didn't fit correctly. They came in, and my dogs swam in them, they were WAY too big. I go to ask for a return label so I can send them back and them was informed I am now responsible for the return shipping and that both sizes and colors I need are Out of stock and will take 2 weeks to come in! I will pay the return shipping but will NOT be ordering from this site again!
